Organized by the Municipality of Uqlat Al-Suqur Governorate, affiliated to the Qassim Region Municipality, the activities of the second edition of the Cotton Winter Festival will be launched on Wednesday evening, January 8, 2025 AD, as the activities will continue for four days in the parks of the Qatn Mountains. The festival includes a distinctive group of activities, including the participation of 20 people from motorhome and caravan enthusiasts, and 20 modified and classic cars, in addition to air games, productive family activities and children's theater. The festival is distinguished by heritage shows such as Al-Ardha, Al-Samri and the Falconers' Council, which reflects the beauty of the local heritage. The festival also offers daily entertainment programs that suit all family members. The "Cotton Winter" Festival comes within the municipality's annual program of activities, which aims to enhance its developmental and social role.
