Al-Badayea Municipality, affiliated with the Qassim Region Municipality, launched the Gulf Healthy Cities Day at the beginning of this week. The activation included several sites that were visited, starting with the Al-Salam Track in the governorate, where a number of competitors participated in the walking and cycling march, in addition to the participation of the women's pedestrian team affiliated with the Al-Badayea Development Committee. The Shutfa Farm was also visited, where the visit included an introductory tour of the participating pavilions from some government agencies, the Hayat Association for Combating Smoking in Al-Badayea, in addition to the participation of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority, through which a detailed explanation was provided of modern medical equipment and the mechanism of paramedics in dealing with emergency cases, as part of the municipality's efforts to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 aimed at improving the quality of life.
