The Municipality of Abanat Governorate, affiliated with the Qassim Region Municipality, participated in the activities of Environment Week 2025, under the slogan “Our Environment is a Treasure.” The event was organized by the Coordinating Committee of the Abanat Healthy City, and with the participation of several government agencies. The event included planting trees in the Jarariyah Valley in the governorate. The event included a group of awareness-raising and volunteer activities aimed at raising environmental awareness among community members and reinforcing the importance of environmental conservation. This participation comes as part of the municipality’s efforts to support environmental initiatives and motivate the community to adopt positive behaviors towards the environment.
