The Mayor of Qassim signed a contract to provide electric pumps for flood treatment plants in Buraidah for more than 3 million riyals.

​Qassim Region Mayor Eng. Mohammed bin Mubarak Al-Majali signed a contract to provide electric pumps for flood treatment plants in Buraidah, at a total value of 3,217,631 riyals.

The project aims to improve the efficiency of pumping stations to handle rainwater, thus contributing to the protection of residential neighborhoods and property and improving the infrastructure of the city's drainage networks.

The official spokesperson for the Qassim Region Municipality, Nayef bin Abdul Rabbah Al-Nafie, emphasized that the project reflects the municipality's commitment to developing municipal services and enhancing preparedness for the rainy season, as part of achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
