The service level agreement aims to clarify and indicate the quality of the level of services provided through the electronic portal of the Municipality of Qassim Region, and the rights and duties of both the Municipality and the beneficiary. This agreement is an explicit and clear agreement between the Secretariat and those wishing to benefit from its electronic services. The mere visit of the electronic portal to obtain any of the services covered by this agreement is considered an approval by those wishing to use these services to all of what is stated in this agreement, without prejudice to any other agreements that may be included in the process of providing that service.
scope of service
The applications received by the Municipality of Al-Qassim Region from the applicants are studied through Baladi platform or the Municipality’s electronic portal, after the availability of all the information and requirements necessary to implement the services according to the time agreed upon in the Service Level Agreement, noting that this time does not include completing the deficiencies in the event that the beneficiary did not submit all The required information, and does not include the time taken to process transactions by a third party such as other government agencies or entities authorized to perform specific government services if the nature of the transactions so requires.
Obligations of The Municipality (service provider) and the service applicant (beneficiary)
Rights and duties of the beneficiary:
The administration of the Qassim Region Municipality portal and Baladi platform are committed to providing and making available electronic services during all days of the week, to include even holidays and vacations.
The beneficiaries' requests are dealt with fairly and confidentially, and the necessary response is made through the system and through text messages or e-mail, according to the need and the type of service.
The electronic portal allows the registration of an account for the user, through which he can submit requests to benefit from the services, systems and applications provided by the Secretariat through the electronic portal, and he can follow up the status of applications through his account.
The registration must be identical to the basis of the identity, and the data entered must be correct, noting that the incorrectness of the entered or attached data leads to the exclusion of the application.
The applicant bears full responsibility for his choices, and the responsibility for compliance with the relevant regulations and regulations governing services, and in the event of their violation, the applicant places himself before legal accountability without any responsibility on the Secretariat, and the violating applications are excluded.
In the event that any application is accepted, the applicant will be notified of the application via his e-mail registered in the portal, or via text messages, and it is also possible to inquire about the status of the application through the account registered in the portal.
The visitor's access to the Qassim Region Municipality portal is considered an approval and approval of all the terms and conditions of use contained therein.
The rights and duties of the Municipality:
The Secretariat is committed to interacting with the correct messages and requests, and communicating with their owners within the specified period, which may increase or decrease depending on the case.
