Al-Qassim province Municipality is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, equipment or software malfunctions of any kind, loss or inability to communicate with the network, incompleteness, error or delay in transmission. Also, Al-Qassim province Municipality is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or psychological damages resulting from visiting or using the portal, or loss of services or benefits caused by any virus that may infect the computer equipment used to enter the portal. Also, Al-Qassim province Municipality will not be responsible in any case for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of the materials published on the portal, which results from the user's inability to comply with the following terms and conditions:

  • The user of Al-Qassim Municipality Portal acknowledges his use of the Portal at his own risk and Al-Qassim province Municipality does not bear any responsibility for any damage or injury as a result of any user entering its gate or being unable to access or use it.

  • Al-Qassim province Municipality does not bear any responsibility whatsoever to update all future data for the portal, especially when it is based on current assumptions and predictions that may lead to the occurrence of some risks and raise some doubts about results that show a mismatch between the actual reality and the expected future and its estimates.

  • Al-Qassim Municipality is not legally responsible for any damage that the user or any other person may suffer as a result of violating confidentiality regarding the information that the user has transferred to Al- Qassim province Municipality Portal and does not compensate them for that.

  • The user is solely responsible for all his actions while using any of the websites he visits through external hyperlinks, if any, on Al-Qassim Municipality Portal.

  • Al-Qassim province Municipality does not bear any responsibility related to the damages that might be caused to the user as a result of his entry or use of the electronic portal due to force majeure or exceptional circumstances.​​
