His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Mansour bin Mutaib bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs issued Resolution No. 66000, dated 12/20/1435 AH, to adopt the urban growth zoning maps until 1450 AH into three phases, as well as the updated executive regulations for the urban growth boundaries rules.
